Q: Are we paying a fair price for the property?

A: We prefer to stay on the low end of the rent-price scale for all areas where we have rental homes. This way, we avoid losing tenants due to the cost of rents by staying very competitive. It's also important to us that you feel you are getting a good deal because we believe Happy Tenants are the Best Tenants!

Q: Are there any fees or deposits to work with you?

A: We require a deposit to help protect our houses from those rare, unavoidable life events, like lost jobs, accidental damage to the propery, etc. But that deposit is refundable at the end of your rental term after you move out, - minus a small cleaning fee.

Q: How are you different from renting from real estate agent?

A: If you feel more comfortable working with a real estate agent, then my might choose to seek out and work with a real estate agent. That might be the best choice for you. We feel confident that you will not find better service from people who care more that we do about our tenants and their peace of mind and having a nice, quality home for their family.

Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

A: No obligation at all. Your application only provides us with information to make sure you meet our criteria of Great Tenants. It's not until we both sign the actual Rental Agreement or Lease, that there is any contractual obligations on both our parts.
